Frauline Maria may have counted snowflakes that fell on her nose and eyelashes as some favorite things. I however, do not. I have to admit that the snow on Sunday was really incredible, the way it hung in the trees was almost dream-like. But, you know…I am ready to wake up. My old friend Phil was, unfortunately right. We are still in winter here!
Click on the pics for a bigger view. I think they are better larger…
Gorgeous! Sometimes I miss the snow… then the feeling passes, usually within thirty seconds. As one person said, “at least I don’t have to shovel ‘hot'”.
I love those pictures! They are gorgeous!

Love the pictures – but I am so glad we are coming to the end of snow season. Bring on the 80 and 90 degree days….

It was really pretty here on Sunday as well. I love big sticky snow that sticks to all the trees, although it makes me nervous for downed branches.

Great pics. It will most likely just rain here. They are calling for snow but it won’t accumulate. I will say that my parents got freezing rain about a month ago in Ky. So many power lines were down that some places did not have running water. I think it took five days for my parents to get power. They have a generator now.
Ugh. Snow. Nuff said.

COOL pics! On days such as those I used to love to be in the woods as a teen. A very magical environment.
Now it’s just MORE DANG SNOW !!!
The weather is acting oddly, isn’t it? A day or two of 60 degrees and sunny, then a day to dump snow on us and 30 degree days the next. I can’t take the inability to make a decision and stick to it!

It was so beautiful and it melted the next day or two, but I am sort of tired of it…cold and snowy again today!
Great pictures!!!
